Welcome to the Baystate ERISA Settlement Website

The Court has given its preliminary approval to a proposed settlement (the “Settlement”) related to the Baystate Health, Inc. Retirement Plan (the “Plan”) as a result of a class action lawsuit brought by certain participants in the Plan against Baystate Health, Inc. (“Baystate”) and others (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”). Defendants deny any and all claims and liability, and nothing in the Settlement is an admission or concession on Defendants’ part of any fault, wrongdoing, or liability whatsoever.

You are included as a Settlement Class member if you were a participant in, or a beneficiary of a participant in, the Plan at any time from November 17, 2016 through the effective date of the Settlement.

This website is provided as a service to eligible settlement class members. The information provided is in summary form and is not intended as a complete explanation of your rights. For full and complete information, you are directed to carefully review the Notice.

ACTIONS YOU MAY TAKE IN THE SETTLEMENT
DO NOTHING If you are or were a participant in the Plan at any time from November 17, 2016, through the effective date of the Settlement, you may be eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement.
